We have been alerted to slow international connectivity on some broadband connections.
The transit provider affected has been notified and investigating the problem.
This only affects international connectivity on some Broadband connections and not GoVoIP or Hosted Systems.
There will be a Generator Test being conducted in one of our Data Centers on Wednesday 22 May 2019 at 0730 Hours.
This is standard procedure and there should not be any impact on services.
However, if you do notice any impact when this work is being done please call us immediately.
Update - 2019-05-22 @ 0845
We have conducted emergency works last night between 2130 and 2330 to reconfigure hardware and prevent future recurrence, this was completed without incident.

Update @ 10:58 -- We have seen a recurrence of the switching fault causing a ~30 second period of increased latency.
We are re-routing traffic via alternative paths to prevent any further recurrences and apologize for any inconvenience.
We have identified a momentary switching fault on one of our MetroEthernet switches which has since recovered.
This may of caused a small loss in connectivity as fail-over to other paths occurred.
We are continuing to investigate.
