GoVoIP 220 Zone Urgent Maintenace from 2023-02-01 22:00 NZST to 2023-02-01 23:00 NZST

One GoVoIP server homed at 220QS DC needs to be taken offline to perform maintenance due to file system issues. The server will be down for approx a 30 period within the 1 hour window specified. This may cause SIP trunk registrations to drop as they immediately switch over to the other DVG zone.

If your PBX has been hard coded to connect to only 220 zone then you might be down for approx 30 minutes. Any 3CX server configured with “Auto Discovery” ticked on the trunk will automatically switch over to the other DVG zone for example if it’s not connected to DVG already.
