We are required to move our DSL Handover to a new Line card on our Network Edge.
Customers may notice up to a 5-minute outage during this window as the physical interface is moved.
If service is not restored by 1500 hours NZDT then please contact support on 0800 508 888, however this maintenance will be proactively monitored by Engineers.
