We will be conducting Emergency Maintenance tonight to correct a configuration error with the VGI for a single IP range on our BNG’s.
Customers with IP’s between 45.118.188.0 and 45.118.189.255 (45.118.188.0/23) may notice up to 3 PPP drops of between ~5-10 seconds during the change window as they are shifted between BNG’s to allow reconfiguration.
Customers outside of this IP range or using IPoE will not be affected.
