Due to a Software Fault on one of our Core Route Engines there was a small service disruption on our Broadband Network between 14:20 and 14:32 2020/12/25 NZDT.
Services automatically failed over to other Network Elements and the device with the Software Fault has automatically recovered and services have returned to normal.
We will investigate with our Vendors and continue to Monitor service stability.
