Core Router Upgrade - 220 Queen Street from 2021-05-06 22:00 NZST to 2021-05-07 01:00 NZST

We are conducting software upgrades with our Hardware Vendor to ensure stability and resolve a software bug with one of our Core Routers.

Hosted Services (3CX, GoVoIP Media Servers, Linux Mirrors, Colocation) at the 220 Queen Street Datacentre will be unavailable for ~30 minutes during the outage window while this upgrade is conducted.

Services such as SIP Trunks etc will fail-over to other Datacentres during this time.
