Critical Hardware Replacement - Queen Street from 2021-05-09 13:00 NZST to 2021-05-09 19:00 NZST

Equipment replacement has been completed.
Engineers will monitor closely over the next 72 hours.

We will be replacing our Core Router Chassis at Queen Street this afternoon as prior works recommended by Juniper have not resolved stability issues and hardware faults cannot be ruled out.

This will require a outage window for us to physically change hardware.

Customers will notice an outage of ~30 minutes during the window while the physical chassis is swapped.
