GoVoIP System Upgrade Window from 2019-10-26 05:00 NZDT to 2019-10-26 06:00 NZDT
We will be performing an upgrade of our GoVoIP platform with the support of our vendors early Saturday morning, for a period during this window SIP registrations will drop and calling will not be possible. This will affect hosted 3CX systems, on-premise SIP trunk users and GoVoIP Cloud PBX users. No user action is required, once the upgrade is completed connections will re-establish and the service will work as before.
This upgrade is to resolve an issue that affected us on Monday where a service got stuck in a loop causing GoVoIP in general to overload as well as a few other minor fixes and back-end enhancements .
