Some Websites Failing to Load

After reports that some websites were not functional for customers we have investigated and found that some return routes for our IP Subnet’s from Incapsula Inc, AS19551 - A global DDoS and CDN provider used by a number of Banks, were not being routed correctly via certain paths.

We have made changes on our end to advertise these ranges only on tested working paths, we have reached out to Incapsula to have their routing errors corrected but they have yet to reply to our requests.
