Hosted 3CX and GoVoIP DVG Migration to New Cluster (1/4 of total) from 2023-02-09 21:00 NZST to 2023-02-10 02:00 NZST

Stated times are a window and not complete outage time.

This is a continuation of the migrations performed recently to move virtual machines from the existing cluster to a new one, requiring the virtual machines to be shut down first.

This will affect remaining 3CX servers that have not yet moved (approx 1/4th) as well as the DVG zone/cluster of GoVoIP. Trunk registrations to GoVoIP may drop as 3CX servers etc switch to the other GoVoIP zone at TDC. Ensure “Auto Discovery” is enabled in your 3CX trunk settings to allow that automatic switch.

While 3CX servers are offline, inbound calls will be routed to failover mobile numbers etc, please contact us if you’d like to set a failover number for while your 3CX server is offline (approx 30 minutes each).

For affected customers that are known to operate in the evenings or 24/7 we will be contacting you directly to ensure failover is in place as well as set times if desired.
