Hazard Notice:

We will be conducting maintenance on our switching and routing infrastructure at one of our Auckland Datacenter’s which supports our Hosting Platform.

As this switching is an HA (High Availability) configuration, there is no expected customer impact. However, with any planned work, unexpected disruptions may occur.

Following the switching maintenance, some router maintenance will be conducted which has a small chance of a ~5 second window where some packets may be dropped...

Hazard Notice:

We will be conducting configuration upgrades on backend configuration for one of our Core Routers to bring it in line with the standardisation in use on the rest of our network.

There is no planned downtime for customers, however engineers will be monitoring services in real time in the event of any impact.

The planned time for this update is 2000 hrs NZDT, 8th May 2025.

We are aware of maintenance being conducted on the Chorus Network that may have a wider impact than expected.

This work is being conducted over the next several nights - the expected impact is as follows:

2300 hrs - 18th March -> 0600 - 19th March - 35 UFB Services
2300 hrs - 19th March -> 0600 - 20th March - 216 UFB Services
2300 hrs - 20th March -> 0600 - 21st March - 256 UFB Services

Monitoring has detected a brief outage for customers in West and South Auckland and Surrounding Area(s).

This has been linked to planned / emergency works by Chorus and is being monitored by our NOC.
